Hi all
With the exchange rate so Bad at the moment I was thinking it might be better to take sterling and then change into Euro's at a local Bank, does anyone know if this is possible? If I get money out with my Visa Card from a hole in the wall I will be charged by my bank!
Any ideas to save a buck woult be most appreciated!!!!
Many Thanks
ChrisseyJ
we take a few evro for the first day then change sterling in resort .. usualy a few cents better than uk but look around
Thanks for that
just hunt round for the best rate usualy you can find 3or 4 cents better than the uk
They do charge commission in Rhodes, most places it's 2%. To be honest there's not a lot in it, you get a slightly better rate but then lose some again in commission
you dont pay commision on CASH exchange only T/C's
