All my friends are going to kavos in corfu for a fornight over jul/aug and i cannot go due to work commitments but id really of loved to surprised them all and jump a cheap flight over for a few days. Trouble is all i can find is planes goin out and coming back on a monday- i cant go for a week tho! also the prices on the usual site are all cropping up about £240-£270! anyone coz a secret site or any info on other airlines that go out bar a monday?? plz help!

Monday is the main day for flights from the UK to Corfu. There are also a few on Fridays. I doubt that you would be able to get a 'cheap' flight if you cannot stay for a week due to the time of year that you are going. There really isn't a problem in selling seats in July and August. If you cannot stay a week then you are probably looking at buying two singles, probably with two different airline. Ouch!

my family and i are going to corfu and we booked accomadation and flight seperatly, the flights were by airflights and cost 169 each we are going for 2 weeks and the flight is the exact flight that first choice are using and charging alot more for so you could try them
