There isn't a specific cheap time to book as it depends on a number of factors and governed by demand / supply. It's just a case of keep looking and when you see a deal that looks good to you, book them. The trick is not to look again afterwards in case you are dissapointed!! As christmas is a peak time, it's sometimes better to book early to avoid dissapointment than keep waiting for prices to come down only to find there's no availability.
