I have a Bit of an idea as the cheapest Kingfisher bigbottle beer -about 40 - 45 rps.
What I am interested in is the dearest amount one has paid for a large bottle of kingfisher, or even a small bottle of kings.
Someone mentioned 4 pounds 50. Are you mad? Are you getting ripped off. I have only visited North Goa, and would love to know how much hotels in south goa are charging for a beer. (Leela Palace, Ramada, Cidade de Goa, Park Hyatt etc). Do you go to these hotels and then go somewhere else? Please advise.
When I first went to Goa in Feb 2003 I stayed at the Leela Palace. Large kingfisher in Mikes shack was Rs50, a small bottle in the Leela was Rs150 
Needless to say, the fridge was full of kingfisher from the shack 
When we flew back from Goa this year, a small kingfisher in Mumbai airport was £4 Tony

We also flew back via Mumbai and the cheapest I saw was 500 Rupees, We declined because once yo had one you would want more and I thought the prices were well over the top
