hi there all im off to lanzarote am i allowed to take cheese and bacon with me please.also would it go off whilst travelling thanks all

Not sure if you are allowed to take cheese and bacon,when we went self catering several years ago I packed some in a cool bag with ice blocks and put it in my case, the bag will come in handy if you go to the beach for the day,too.T.

Madmadge, Bring all the cheese and bacon you wish and it will not go off in the 4 hour flight as plane-holds are cold places. Remember you can buy a range of quality cheeses in Lanzarote and probably at much cheaper prices than at home.
