Silly question I know, but I have been going to goa for over 10 years and I have still to find a restaurant that does chicken passanda, does anyone know where I could get this dish in calangute, baga or candolim??

Try find out the origins of the Passanda recipe i.e North or South Indian and you should have a decent idea which type of restaurant would serve it if you get what I mean ?as some only specialise in a certain regions cooking.
I found that 'All Spice' in Arpora has a massive choice of currys you may get one there and the food is lovely ! (cant wait myself)
