Hi Nicola, about half the hotels are open but you must book, as the local ex-pats like me fill up those hotels that are open, many close for re-furbs over winter, I had Christmas lunch at the Anabelle last year, it was excellent and reasonable I guess (£25 each) but the drinks were very expensive, this year we have booked a taverna (Periklis) near Nata, all you can eat for £12, but again you must book NOW!! if you need a list of phone contact numbers and you cant find them on HT send me a PM or email I will forward it to you..
