Has anyone started yet?
I've just bought my last one and written my final card.
If only
Haven't started yet Fiona but I want to. I can't stand leaving things until the last minute. The other week hubby and I were at our retail park and I suggested nipping into Marksies to get his mam's present in, but he said we'll do it another time I was also going to pop into Next to make a start on son's bits n bobs socks, underwear etc but did I? No. So am definitely going to make a start next time we are there.
Goodness there is no way I will be thinking about it until at least December.
Fiona your already finished?! I havent even started lol Although I have made a list Thats a start right?
Phil- you didn't read ALL of my post

Doe :sun2
Arghhhhhhhh December I'd panic, hyperventilate, and not sleep.
I do say every year that I will start shopping early.... and then wait till December. Worse than shopping though is writing all those flipping cards(OH never writes one of them!!). I think I may start those when I'm on holiday in October. Well, I've thought about it anyway.......
Oh Fiona your such a joker lol
My friend and I used to laugh that we knew who's card list we were at the bottom of as we'd get the old one with the Robin on. This led to my friend and my mam sending each other the most naff card they could find
Have to admit the card list shrinks every year
Buy the time I have done it all I am ready for a few work Xmas dinners and let your hair down functions
xxxx
OMG this needs deleting .. Shame on you fiona .
Phew, I'm glad I am not the only one hat thinks that . Was worried that I was out of step with everyone else.
I was in M&S last week and thought they had moved all the birthday cards to the ground floor. On closer inspection they were all Christmas cards and wrapping paper! I can't bear it - I really don't want to be thinking about it yet, it makes the Christmas period far too long!!
Mind you I also have my tree up on 1st December. If I'm going to all that hassle of decorating it I want my monies worth
I knew it would cause a stir

Me too, i cant bear it. I like the socialising and time off work, but would like to go out one day in Dec and get everything and not have to think about it again. Have a nice meal on the day, and thats it over with.
Gosh I sound like that bloke out of A Christmas Carol

I am going to try some online xmas shopping. I never get myself organised in time to risk online shopping turning up on time. I hate going into town at Christmas, although I do have a Monday off and if I need to go, thats the best day.
Gotta love a bit of online Xmas Christmas sopping its the best way to be
no- haven't tried sopping online but it sounds a bit iffy
