hi welcome we were in Kardemena a couple of weeks ago, take enough euro for say your first day then change english (you will get a better rate) or use tour ATM card but first check what your bank may charge,,most places charge about 2% commision on credit cards, yes if you must you will find several places along the harbour front (and others) selling full english (cant vouch for the quality as when abread we eat native) and you will find places selling John smiths and cans of murphys but you will pay through the nose eg avarage price large mythos (local beer) about 21'2 euro a can of murphys 5 euro i suspect smiths will be the same
