Why walking distance of Naama??
Taxi's are cheap £2 from the El Fanar to Naama
£4 from Sharks Bay
not each for the whole taxi
if you really want to save money Microbuses are the equivalent of £1 to anywhere
Thank you for your reply. It was not to save money on taxis merely so we can wander into Naama Bay and back as and when we like, if we fancy a change of scenery. Thank you anyway.
The Halomy hotel overlooks Naama Bay. They do AI
The Tropitel is a hotel used by Longwoods but I think they only do up to half board.
Try the Jolie Vile Movenpick Resort its pretty much in namma bay!
I agree with the Jolie ville, very nice hotel on the corner of Naama Bay.

This is something I found I missed staying at the Conrad last year. I like to go for a wee donner (gentle stroll) in the evening. This was not really possible though. Not because it wasnt safe to do so, just that there wasnt any where to walk to on that stretch of coast. Im sure there are others who feel the same. I guess in time this wont be a problem given the rate at which the area is being developed. Not that it would stop me from revisiting the Conrad, just wouldnt stay for more than a week. Cabin fever would be setting in by then.

Yes, totally agree. We stayed at the St. Georges this year, but as you say not that you didn't feel safe if you walked out, it was just barren ground when you walked out of the hotel, and would have taken quite a while to get to Naama Bay. And yes, it won't be long before there are lots more hotels built, there was a lot of that going on around our hotel.
Thank you all for your replies. Very much appreciated.
