Hi,
8 of us going to Club Anastasia in July ( 3 adults, 4 teens and a 7 year old) Been reading previous posts to get some information and it certainly sounds like we are going to enjoy it. I noticed that last year, a few people had been going to email the hotel to request a low floor etc. Just wondered if they could let us know if their requests had been fulfilled or not and also what "block" they consider to be the best.
Also noted that it is possible to purchase half board option of full breakfast and evening meal for 3, 7 or 14 days. Does anyone know what the cost for this is in 2009? Is there a good selection of meals on the menu and what kind of things are on it? And for example, if the 3 day option was purchased can the meals be taken any 3 days of the holiday or do they have to be consecutive days. Or is it possible to eat breakfast one day and a meal the next day and have that count as 1 day? How does it actually work? Thanks - any information would be appreciated.

We normally camp in France for our summer holidays but circumstances this year mean we simply can't fit that in. Hubby has found a good deal for Club Anastasia in Marmaris. Can anyone give us more info on it? We are travelling with our daughters who are 11 and 8 so we need a balance between somewhere that has things happening for them but which doesn't erupt with noise at night keeping them awake.

Dont know too much about Club Anastasia but it looks nice, i just had a look on thomas cook.
Check out club turquoise too, its on thomson website but if you check through the flights some still have free kids places making it a very good deal.
Club Aida is another good one, but no free kids there now. We had a fab time there.

Were going july 21st for two weeks to club turquoise, our children are 11 and 8 too.
Good luck

Thanks Chris. We'll look at that too. We're in Scotland so our schools stop on 28th June and we are tied to flying on June 28th or 29th (hubby needs to be home on July 13th) so we have very little flexibility. Looks like we are going to be flying from Manchester.

Hi Elaine

Club Anastasia is great - we have stayed there around 5 times now. We couldn't get in last year so stayed at the Club Ilyada which is just across the road from the Anastasia. The only negative we have with the Anastasia is that you have to get up very early to get a sunbed!! We found the Ilayda to be the opposite which was quite refreshing. As you are travelling out of peak season though the sunbed problem may not be such an issue.

There are lots of lovely restaurants around to walk to on an evening. It's in the Armutulan part of Marmaris so you are not in the hustle and bustle and things calm down around 12am.

If you are looking to book I would do it asap as it is a very popular hotel and has repeating guests.

Good luck and if you require any other info then please ask.

We stayed at the Club Anastasia and really liked it. It's in the Armutalan area of Marmaris with plenty restaurants and bars nearby, but well away from the main area with its thumping music bars.

I am currently lying beside the pool at Club Anastasia and would highly recommend it. I will post a proper review when we get home.
