Hi we have just booked this hotel and have been told by our tour operator that the hotel gets booked under lots of diff variation of name...club monterrey apartments, monterrey apartments, monterrey club apartments etc.
Im abit worried as we are now reading bad reviews for this hotel about it being miles from anywhere, not good for the children, etc etc
We dont mind it being a little bit out,....we went to magaluff last year and we didnt have a problem with noise so we dont mind the noise to a extent. When i mentioned the reviews to the lady she said that it wasnt on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere and that its a family hotel and she sends lots of people there.....and it has also been newly refurbished.
Any advice welcome please?!?!?!
