Try some website for people with disabilities. My neighbour is disabled and has a combined toilet/bidet.

you can always trust people on this forum to be helpful. They aren't quite what I had in mind though. I really wanted a true combi toilet n bidet rather than something added on. Never mind - i will just have to re-arrange the bathroom and put a bidet in. A good excuse for ripping the whole lot out.

these products are NOT made in the UK the predominant manufacturer is in Japan [their products meet us spec but not UK water regs.. i believe [although i cant confirm] that a European version is made in Italy but have not managed to locate a UK outlet
