ive recently joined (yesterday actually)and am tryiing to contact a member whom i met out there recently....The system doesnt allow me to view member lists so I do not not how to procede..........any ideas please...I think I know his/her username,I just need to confirm it on the central listing etc....................

If split_forum or flossietindraws see this message,can they make contact cos the system tells me I cant post another message!!!!!!!
It all seems terribly complicated to m when all we are talikng about is holidays...its not exactly secret service stuff,lets be honest!!!!!!!

Hi welcome to HT. You have to have made a number of posts before you can view member list and send PM'S. Maybe someone will recognise who they are if you give a couple of clues within this thread.

Oh Pip maybe im wrong about the members list then, ive never bothered looking :duh

I know its right about the pm's though.

If its a member who posts - then you can always put their username into the search facility which will 'bring up' all their postings.

(think I've got that right haven't I Fiona? :que

)

I've tried both those usernames but not come up with anything though.

Split is a member here and so is flossietindraws if i recall. If you look in the gallery there are some pics of said members.

you can definitely post without restriction- you just cant pm yet. However, you will be able to reply to any pm sent. I've pmd split with a link to this thread. Meantime, why not join in on the forum and before you know you will be able to pm

no i cant view members lists either which is the easiest way when you are looking for a name and i too am a regular contributer so that must be how site works all you can do is look for them on a thread then contact that way,you can pm after making a few contributions you will enjoy it,and welcome to h.t.
