Hi All
My parents have just returned from a Cosmos tour of New England and to cut a long story short it was an absolute disaster ie Hotels with no food and they were told to walk to the nearest restarant a mile down an unlit road (these people are all in their 60 / 70's.)
Complaints are falling on deaf ears and we just wondered if anyone else had any dealings with them re coach tours

Did the brochure mention that hotels had restaurants on site?
Fairly common for value type hotels (cheaper chain motel/hotels) used on tours not to have restaurants always on site.
