Hello Matt - I was in Corfu for the first time just a couple of weeks ago. I'd say the prices were pretty similar to here to be honest. Not that I did a "weekly shop" because we were half board in a hotel ... and the prices I looked at were in small supermarkets near our hotel.

I bought things like cheese, crisps, bananas, water, tinned tuna stuff for a quick lunch really!

I noticed there was a Lidl and other larger supermarkets in Corfu Town and I'm sure their prices would be better than small local shops. I did think that suncreams and so on were expensive.

We had to laugh because we kept seeing Lidl stuff for sale in shops (other than Lidl) so I suppose small shops use them as a sort of cash & carry and make a profit.

Have a lovely time! I actually think I could live in Corfu, I loved it!
