It depends on where you want to go. I was in Saint Carles de la Rapita with my family last summer and it was pretty good. It is not a big city but a beatiful town, close to Delta Ebro Natural Park, lots of activities for everyone... I booked an apartment in lascarolinas.net and it was cheap and good enough (pool, huge playground, sunny...)
