Who as far as I'm aware are a well established company. You shouldn't have any worries booking with them.
Their apartments seem very reasonable but the hotel prices are extortionate. I've just looked up their prices for May/June when we go and they were asking nerarly £4,000 for a fortnight for a family of 4 in the Brisa hotel on the front and £2,800 for the Presidente. We have booked with Wintersunshine holidays to stay in the Pelicanos/Ocas for just over £800, a massive difference.

Thanks Sue,wow what a saving you have made!who did you book with?
I have already put in my post that we booked with http://www.wintersunshineholidays.co.uk
I have booked with them before without any problem and they now give us an 8% loyalty discount too.

They have the playamar apartments for £717.00 from 7th August for a fortnight reduced from £932.00 but they are only one bedroomed, do you need 2? I haven't seen many reviews about these apartments but our friends stayed there and said they were fine, they have a pool and a bar too.

Thanks for your help Sue,but we really need a 2 bed.I have just received an email back from the above company and they say there is no safety deposit box but i can keep the apt on until 7:30PM.To be honest we never use the safe last year as we didn't take any valuables and we dont carry cash, just our switch cards.
Just a thought but when me and my friend went DIY a few years ago we had a very late flight back and just booked the apartment for an extra night to have peace of mind that we still had our room past 10am. I suppose it all depends how much extra this will cost.
I have booked with Beninter before and found them to be really good.
