I would also like some more info on this hotel, I have trawled the net and cannot find anything, is that a good or a bad thing??

If you put the hotels name in google and go to the last link on the first page(I am not allowed to mention the website here)then go to page 13 you will see a description of the hotel.It states it is 20kms from the airport and 2 kms from the beach.It is only 3 stars so thats probably the same as a 2star hotel any where else in Europe.
