Do you mean Cirrus / Maestro? Your card should work ok but it might be worth informing your bank of your travels. There have been problems with banks blocking cards abroad due to increased security. This has happened even after banks are informed. Personally, I don't rely on cards abroad having had cards cancelled / blocked even after banks were informed of movements. I just take them for emergency.

I don't really understand what you mean by "cyrus" but yes Altinkum has plenty of ATMs around the Dolphin Square.

Just ask for directions, it seems to accept all major cards.
