Does anyone know of this hotel? Which part of Goa is it in and what is it like for cleanliness etc.

I haven't booked yet, I have a 2 weeks timeshare in Goa but am thinking of combining Goa with a weeks tour in Kerala, and SD Enterprises seemed to be doing a a weeks tour which looked interesting. D'Silva residence was mentioned as their base in Goa. We might have to use this for the night between arriving by charter into Goa and catching an early morning flight on to Cochin. My timeshare is at the Holiday Inn so was looking for a hotel closer to the airport. Any other recommendations?
