Has anyone just come back after having their teeth whitened, we have appts on Tues and I'm still not sure if it's going to be painless..!!
It would be good to hear a review of this.

Had ours whitened in december(polar office)at dr Amberts.
We both dont like going to dentist normally.
1 no privacy other people in room with you(I didnt mind but some would)
2 plastic mould stuck in mouth(uncomfortable but not sore)
3 about 40 mins of applying bleach
4 whiter teeth!!
no pain at all and teeth are still whiter.Would reccommend!

I had booked before I went for the brite smile and my boyfriend wanted the polar office.
When we got there he got out a shade card 1-18. 18 being the most stained. Mine were no.2 so he said it was not worth wasting money to get them x1 shade lighter. My boyfriend then changed his mind from the polar office to the zoom £145.00 which have made them 8 shades lighter, as the polar office is not guaranteed to make them this white. The dentist had only got the machine last week.I bought the whitening home kit for £60.00.

sorry forgot to say we went to dr. ambert calaguante. The brite smile is more expensive approx £190 and can make your tetth go even whiter than the zoom.
hi ginal i had the bright smile done in dec by dr ambert there is no pain as such just a little sensative after but i have heard others say that they have not even had that the results are very good it was well worth having done if you need any more info pm me and i will try and help elaine
Are these bleaching treatments youve had laser bleaching?
the britesmile and zoom are lazer treatments.
And the polar office? how does this work?

i had my teeth whitened in Calangute (dentist nr Reebok). It was very painful and uncomfortable. My teeth were very sensitive afterward (couldnt eat) and my gums were very red.
Good results though!

Whats the time difference between bleaching and laser? I gip fairly easy which would you recomend?
the polar office is approx 30-35mins and does not guarantee the same results as the smile and zoom. It just means that instead of doing at home for a number of days they can do it with the lazer in the surgery. I bought the polar do-it-your self kit at Dr Amberts for £60 without the gum sheild and am going to try this, as I have previously bought a whitening kit in the UK for £200.
As far as I know the gel they use when lazering the teeth contains a bleach.

Shop around before you get treatment, dentistry is becoming big buisness in Goa, before you pay out a lot of money make sure He/She is professional especially if you are having major work done.
