hi all. just wandering can anyone help...we are possibly heading to stalis next summer....we have found some apartments 'dias apartments'..
only trouble is..we cant seem to find any reviews on them....anyone been.?? or does anyone know anything about them..... replies would be appreciated

Hi I have just had a look at the stalis info map and they look to be at the quieter end of stalis, the write up states that they 4 years old,have a pool,snack bar and panoramic views os stalis. hope this is of some help

we stayed at the dias appts for 2 weeks in august, firstly its solely a thomson run property on outskirts of stalis, (hersonissos side) and the locations fairly quiet . the appts are lovely, basic but quite large, most have a superb sea view across the bay to stalis and sissi, sunsets on the mountains to die for.
theres a good pool with poolside bar, good choice of snacks all made by maria who works her socks off trying to keep it all going and we did find it a bit expensive. theres a small supermarket 5 mins walk away, stalis is 10 mins walk along the beach road as is the beach which is beautiful. a huge choice of bars and excellent restuarants to hans, try the takeaway pizzas at romas.

yeah its just brits in the appts but theres many other different nationalities in stalis, ie dutch, german, french and italian which was all the nice, very enjoyable and relaxed... theres also a very relaxed atmosphere around the dias and days centre around the pool but we tended to visit the beach more as its beautiful with crystal clear seas, the only complaint we had with the dias was the shortage of sunbeds but you may not have this problem in sept, august the complex was full. dont worry about the place its lovely, wouldnt hesitate to go back there again, especially stalis, have a great time and let us know your thoughts on return.
