Has anyone stayed at the didim beach hotel recently? I have booked to go here in september and have been reading reviews on another forum and to be honest I am getting really worried now as they are dire. We are booked with med hotels and I dont know if we should change hotels now or wait and see if the reviews pick up as the season goes on.

Hi Jacqui, i've been and read your post of Jan 7th, I see that you're no further forward. I'm sorry but I can't help you with this hotel but in the past, we've read a bad write up on a hotel and when we've got there we've had a superb holiday. I have looked at the list of hotels in Altinkum provided by Med Hotels, if you're that worried, then I recommend you ask to be transferred to the Panormos Hotel. We have stayed here, lovely hotel centrally located, two lifts to rooms, good size pool, excellent food(B & B or HB) and twenty minutes walk from the beach or you can take a dolmus, they run past the hotel all day. Hope this is of some comfort or help to you.

Can anyone tell me what the rooms are like without balcony? Are they the ground floor ones? can you sit outside?
