Hi i booked a holiday last year to salou with direct holidays, since then they have merged with thomas cooke. the flight times have changed 3 times. i had a letter today from the operations dept, saying there was yet another flight change to 6.15am, orginally the flight was 16.20, our flight times were depart bristol 06.15 -11.25 local time.anyway i thought it couldnt be helped.then underneath it said " please note that your outbound will now operate via ibiza". Then i relized we should be in salou at 9.25 as its a 2hr ten min flight so where the extra 2 hrs goin. i asssume we r dropping off or picking up passegers from ibiza, but surely spain is before ibiza???????.
ive phoned direct holidays and they says theres nothing on the computer about this. they emailed the operations dept and said someone will get back to me tomorrow.
has anyone had this happen to them before, i cant believe i thought we would have a 2hr 10 min flight and it will end up over 4 hrs we r on plane, maybe an hr grounded at ibiza. thanks
