I am going out to my apartment soon and want to add some personal touches. However, I'm not sure about the best way of putting up shelves and hanging pictures on the concrete walls. Can anyone recommend any ways, bearing in mind I don't have a drill!!

Sorry, did not make myself clear! After hours of filling in craters caused by previous owners over- enthusiastic drilling, I am looking for alternatives. I asked at my local DIY shop and the manager there had a similar problem with his villa. He recommended using a locktite product that you mix together sort of like blu tack that bonds to the wall. He used it to attach some metal ornaments to his rendered walls. Has anyone else tried this method or know of any other non-drilling solutions?
