The only Caravela i can think of is in Baga where the road splits for the baga bridge, it is a lovely olde world place, if this is the one ????

The brochures have it as Varca beach.

Mobor One, I know of a few friends who have stayed there in the past couple of years and were happy with it

Iv'e visited the Ramada Caravela some years ago near Varca South Goa it was fabulous one of the few hotels in Goa that are literally on the beach.
Very high standards etc have a look on the web.
The only drawback for me was it was pretty much isolated not much around it apart from a couple of shack type restaurants,
however in saying that it was a few years ago the area could well have changed since then.
