we used travelcounsellors and they were brilliant. we told Emma where we wanted to go, she gave us some hotel names with prices we then came on here to check the hotels out, decided which one we wanted and foned her back to book it, she also gave me a price for our friends and which she then foned us back so they could book as well. we think they are brilliant and if you go on their web site you can get the names and numbers of people who work for them but live near to you
