I'm finding conflicting reports on time in DR when we go next week. Some say 4 hours behind, some say 5. Can anyone confirm?

Your confusion maybe because we are currently in BST, not GMT. The Dom Rep is GMT -4, which is BST -5. They are therefore currently 5 hours behind us.

Cheers Darren....It's Thomson that is confusing me the most, unless they have got it wrong?...Their flight times & stated duration is below, by my calculations, if the DR is 5 hours behind, the arrival time should be 13.10 local time? :

The flight time should be 9.5 hours, not 8.5 hours.
