So I received an email today saying the pool was going to be drained for 5 days whilst I am there.
I am far from happy about this, so I rang them. The reply was that I can move property, or use the next door hotel.
Now I realise this doesn't sound too bad, however we paid for the top hotel that they could offer, after hours of research. Now they want us to use the next door hotel, which is quoted as a 10 min walk, which isn't as nice/highly rated.
Do I have any rights?
I asked for a refund (after being in the queue for 20 mins) but they won't do that.
I can't believe I was talked into using TC again after a previous horrendous experience with the customer service team!
This is my only holiday of the year, and its already stressing me out!
Any help or advice appreciated.
