I've not been but I did consider staying there and read up on the place recently and from what I gathered there's no adults only area.
The all-inc seems quite good and they apparently have branded spirits.
If you want adults only I noticed that the H10 Timanfaya Palace went adults only last month and I think they do an all-inc option.
