Hi everyone
I am thinking of going to Madeira next month. Can anyone tell me what the duty free allowance is, that is how many cigarettes can I bring back?
Many thanks
Michele
16 cartons of 200 is the "recommended" allowance, although in theory you can bring back whatever you want (including for gifts as long as no payment has been received, or in kind).
Thanks for the info. Does anyone know the price of English ciggies in Madiera. I would like to buy Embassy No 1 and Benson and Hedges.
My son bought some Marlbro and they cost 25 euros for 200.
