I've booked through Alpha Rooms to go to the Royal Beach, Sousse on 27th September. I've used this company previously without a problem but not for a few years and there have been a few problems this time. To start with it took several attempts by phone and e-mail to get confirmation of the booking. but that was eventually sorted out. Last week I paid the balance on line and was told I would receive my accommodation voucher within 24 hours but a week later it had still not arrived. I went on-line and asked for it to be re-issued and the message said I would receive it within the hour - no such luck!! I then phoned the company and was told they would send it again - it only came through after a further phone call. As I notice that the phone number to contact in the event of a problem out there is +34 971 ****** (Palma de Mallorca, Spain) I am feeling just a tad concerned and would like to contact the hotel directly to set my mind at rest before I leave Blighty. I know hotels don't always get the names of guests until a few days before arrival so won't contact them just yet, but an e-mail address or phone number would be much appreciated.
