Booked a week in Benidorm with Easy Jet.
They sent me the E Ticket as normal. States on this e ticket that I must click and Print the Hotel Voucher. (Voucher is Compulsory or the Hotel may not accept you.). Have tried this and it shows an error code of 404. So cannot open and print this voucher.
I have contacted Easyjet by email but the ansers supplied will still not work. And as usual there is no Tel number to contact them. (Something to be said for Travel Agencies)
Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved. Typical Easyjet. Take your booking/money but they have no customer services follow up to speak off. Automated email replies are useless.

....how did things go with your hols in the end...Ive put a new topic up asking about easyjet holidays...I found site on the net when looking for a tour operator that did the hotel I wanted to stay in if I choose to go pefkos next year.....then I did a search and your post came up....tweetie
