I have been travelling with EasyJet for some years now and have had quite a few delays but have not had a flight cancelled, I don't expect premium service at Budget prices but I do expect some service, and sometimes this is not given.I once saw an elderly couple knocked flying in the rush to get on the plane because boarding wasn't controlled properly by the EJ staff. Given the choice I would fly with AirBerlin any day they are a far superior budget airline with free food and assigned seats. I have been flying between Germany and the Uk up to six times per year for quite some time now and quite often BA or Lufthansa have more competitive fares .
