We stayed there several years ago so things might have changed however at that time they were a nice family complex, not fancy but then again not basic, the apartment had everything required should you want to do cooking or there is an on site restaurant and I know that there are various board options available including AI.
There is children's play area and pool and a overall the accommodation has a pleasant layout. There is also a laundry onsite which can help keep your luggage weight down.

They are located right at the top of the hill which means that you have to either walk down the LONG set of steps or you can get the local bus or a taxi which was quite cheap at only a few Euros down to the beach and the main shopping centre.
There is a small supermarket close to the main entrance and the bigger Europa shopping centre is just over the road so you can get everything you need including bars/restaurants etc without having to go all the way to the bottom.

IMO the Eden is geared towards younger couples and families with children.

We stayed in the Eden in August. Apartments clean, staff friendly and within staggering distance of the Europa Centre. Come out of the apartments turn left and then left again along the path, brings you out at the crossing to Europa.

The Eden apartments themselves were fine, no problems at all. Can't comment on food as we ate out every night.
