i have emailed the grand cettia about 4 times now and i have never had a reply to any of them, has anyone else had this problem
i also emailed club atrium about the melay and ramazan emailed a reply straight back
wanted to compare prices before i make my mind up

I had the same problem earlier this year emailed 3 hotels directly through their web site pages and no one got back to me.

Yep I had same problem recently.
Wanted to book hotel we've used for last couple of years & thought it'd be cheaper booking direct so emailed MANY MANY times, tried MSN messenger aswell - absolutely no response.
Finally got costings from someone else who'd telephoned the hotel - only to discover it was cheaper to book through an agent anyway!
So that's what we did.
All booked up seperately now, flight through Aegean and hotel through Koral, so happy endings!
