9th Jan with 3 others I set off for Courchevel France to a catered chalet (Lapierre Chalet) through Esprit Ski Holidays. The chalet was in a poor state of repair many lights not working toilets faulty chalet unclean. But the main problem the catering this was left to unqualified and untrained youg people with no help from their management. Countless complaints brought no active responce from Esprit and after writing to them on our return after 1 month I have recieved an unsigned standard reply saying they will write again.
