hi , we went to the esra last year and the staff told us about the alterations that they were doing over the winter , were going back this year , can anyone who has been recently tell us what it's like now
many thanks
I was staying near the Esra Apts. last month, from the front of the hotel they have just completed an extension to the right hand side of the building. it all looked very good and blended well to the existing building. I think they have also built a new pool area with waterslides etc. I have to say I did not know the Apts. before, but my friends who live nearby say a good job has been done.
Hi everybody were going to the Esra in August any info about it would be great are there any good trips to go on.
Hi, In the Esra apartments in Altinkum do they have internet access, e.g. can u like go on msn and stuff.

Yes,you can go into your own hotmail and messenger account with your password at msn.co.uk. You also asked for cheap place to eat. We stayed at Peyda Apartments which is next door to the Sky bar. Their meals were good value and we enjoyed everthing we ate. They have a new chef this year and i know you will get a warm welcome from the staff. The Sunday dinner was very good as were all the snacks and meals. You can e-mail me personally for more info
I stayed in the Esra Apartments i think it was bout 6 years ago now, i was 13 at the time and i had a brilliant time, the hotel was very good, but i'm not sure what it'll be like this year as some time has passed. I'm goin Icemeler in 3 weeks but wouldn't mind going back to Altinkum again sometime, you'll have a great time.
Having just got back from Altinkum, i can say that the Esra is a good hotel. They have two lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds, a water slide & great staff. Although we didnt stay here, we did use their facilitys and we went to their Turkish night which we enjoyed very much. I am sure you will all have a brilliant holiday

Hi,
The Esra is just before the 3rd beach [3 mins walk from ]. just passed the fun fair . I hope this gives you some idea, it has just gone through extention great pool facilities for children.
For Gerard, the approximate transfer time from the airport to Altinkum by private transfer is 1 hr 15 mins. However, if the driver doesn't know where your accomodation is it can take a while longer, as happened to us!
has amybody returned from these appartments since the fefurbishment or the rooms and the pool area. can anyone give any advise on the area and prices of food drink etc
From what I've heard the appartments and pool area are very good since the refurb.
Hope so, flying from Cardiff on the 8th August to the Esra Altinkum.
The higher prices compared to last year are a bit of a worry though.
Gerard
