Has anybody booked witih this company, booked hotel in Tenerife
when we arrived it had been cancelled as the agent had not been paid.

Arrived home letter received saying they were unable to meet their liabilities (sorry).

The hotel kept our room available as we had stayed there before (it was half term and the hotel was full. We had to pay again and are now trying to sort this mess out.

I paid by credit card so am waiting for forms etc from them.
