Festivals in Feb

Does anybody know if there are any festivals or celebrations in february, have tried looking but there seems to be some confusion over dates
Carnival is sometime late in Feb, Usually around Shrove Tuesday
Carnival this year is from Feb 17th to 20th
jsut our look we arrive on the 20th 
Any recommendations on where to see the carnival??
Anywhere along the High St in Calangute or from the Mandovi Hotel in Panjim - in both cases be prepared for a long wait as the procession is ALWAYS delayed.

when is holi this year..we seen it last year in march.well twice first in madras and then in goa lol
