bahamas beach is located within fiestaland, right next to the airport but the aircraft don't really bother you that much, i've stayed in fiestaland twice in the don toni and hotel playa d'en bossa. they have a great entertainment programme but the bahamas is one of thomson/skytours family hotels, i know it puts some people off.

The algarbi is located in the centre of playa d'en bossa so is a lot closer to all local shops, bars etc.

whichever one you go to if your staying 7 days or more i would get the all inclusive drinks from the hotel, you pay on arrival for it, works out fantastic value even if you only use it during the day when you're round the pool.

I've been fancying the algarbi for a couple of years but we always end up going to the cala nova up the coast in es cana. fiesta are really good though so book the one with the best price and enjoy
