if you like small family owned apartments then why on earth did you book an ENORMOUS hotel which is part of a massive group? no wonder you've done nothing but complain. a mere 50 metres from the milord are some apartments which would have been just up your street - you'd have passed them in your escape plans.

IMVHO the hotel isn't ENORMOUS by Spanish standards but I'm sure you know better than me?!

the millord has the advantage of being off the main street where some noisy bars are.
the apartments up the street 50 metres away are not ideal for anyone unless they want to stay awake to 5 am every morning.
