We went to this hotel about 3 years ago,I just looked on Thomsons site and the hotel is available to book from Manchester ,I didn't look to see if it was available from anywhere else.It is the Paraiso Floral,in case you're looking for the wrong name.Hope this helps.

Thanks Oscaben, however I should have been more specific, we book this holiday 1 year in advance as it is such good value but nothing available in November 2009 i fly from Cardiff but tried the hotel with dates next November flying from any airport and nothing available from Thompsons or Portland, while we were out there a group of 10 lads who go every year for the last 8 years said they could not book for next year either (it is available up to Januar 2009)

We are booked to stay in the floral in february so hope there will be no problems there!
We had originally been booked to stay in the oasis paraiso as we have already stayed there 5 times and love it, but sadly we had to be changed over due to the oasis paraiso only being used for spanish OAP's now.
The good thing is we have been upgraded from half board to all inclusive now.
But I sincerely hope they are not going to change things for the floral as well as the oasis as we have a nice group of friends we always meet up with year after year.
It sounds like you like the floral alot with returning so much, - I hope we will like it as much as you!

Deb830 It was good at the floral, but a lot busier now (due to the 2 hotels in one this seemed to get worse towards the second week of our holiday) and queues but they do allow you to get a few drinks and not restrict you to just one, the oasis is the better hotel overall (we stayed there once)but when you take in consideration all inclusive not a bad deal. I spoke to Portland who I always book with and they have given the Floral to their sister company Sky Tours so it looks like they will only use it for summer seasons and from next winter it will go the same way as the Oasis.

last year at the Floral there were no queues at all only 50-60% full now 100%.

We were considering booking the floral in November 2009 as that is when there is a big group of us go who usually meet up year after year.
Like I said we normally all meet at the oasis but if the floral is going the same way it will be very sad, don't know where we'll end up going.
Have just seen the news on how bad the pound is doing against the euro so now we are extra glad that we have been upgraded to all inclusive. I'd rather wait in line for a drink than have to pay for it! haha
