When we were there in 2003 it did. Ask at the bar for water and they will give you a 330 ml bottle each. There is no limit as to how many 'rounds' you can get so it is possible to stockpile bottles if you want to go out next day and take a few with you.

The drinks option only covers 'local' brands of drinks (Rum, Vodka, Brandy, Anis and even a Spanish Whiskey)!. Imported things such as French Cognac or Scotch are not included. In the restaurant the option included to house wine, beer and bottled water with meals. When we were there it operated from 10 in the morning until midnight. It also include tea and coffee as well as soft drinks. Children can have a soft drink armband which is cheaper than an adult one.

One amusing thing about the child armband is that the older teenagers turn them inside out to show only the white side so that the bouncers at the disco can claim that they didn't know the kids they were admitting were underage!

Does anyone know if the gentlemen have to wear long trousers in the dining room?

There is a dress code. Shorts and swimming costumes are not encouraged. Smart casual is acceptible.
