Hi All...First off all thanks for all information that I have read up on, but just a quick few questions if anyone could help me out. First, going to HV on the 27th Dec. Does anyone know if it has a hairdryer in the rooms,? Wife would like to know,Do we realy need a visa as we are planning to go quad bikes and scuba div, I have got myself 40 dollars in 1 dollar bills for tips, Is this going to be any good. Does anyone know what it is like at New year, Do they bring in the Bells with a party? Is the outside pools cold? Sorry for being a pain and asking some questions but want to try and cover everything. If any one has some usefull tips, they would be much appreciated.

I'll answer a couple of those questions
You dont need one for quads nor for scuba diving unless you are diving at Ras mohammed national park and even then some say you wont need it unless transferring there by road . If you are intending to do a try dive or padi course you wouldnt go that far but if you are an experienced diver you may want to .
Not sure if they will be a lot of good as tips . They prefer their own currency but willingly accept £ coins as they can easily change them up with English tourists for £20 notes and then cash them in but not sure what they could do with dollar bills unless they can be exchanged unlike coins
