The problem as always is one of identification. Balkan Holidays have this one -

I do wish the Bulgarians would get their act in order in relation to names of their hotels, as there is also the Rodopi Zvete Flora Park Hotel Complex, which appears to be the same one-

Yes, I think so, but in the case of Bulgaria, some travel companies seem to make the names up as they go along.

I tend to go by what Balkan Holidays give as the names. They've been in the business a long time and are a Bulgarian company. On that basis they ought to have the best local knowledge.
