Not Folkestone but nearby Ashford there is Premier Inn if that's what you are looking for? Not stayed there though, just know it's there.
Cherry Tree Lane- think it's a Premier Travel inn. It's the one we always use, literally 5 mins drive from the tunnel. They do a good breakfast, which you pay for on top but I think kids eat free. Try and book early as it's always busy.
