can any one out there put my mind at rest, i am taking my family on our first ever holiday abroad we are headed to palma nova majorca. i have booked self catering for one week, as i am on a gluten free diet due to having ceoliacs disease i am worried that they will not cater for the likes of myself i am sure there are people out there with the same condition as myself that manage easily how do you or is it a case of living on salads for the week not to mention the alcohol, please anything positive thankyou in anticipation
