How long has it taken to get a reply from them?
I emailed them on Wednesday for a confirmed price for an apartment and still don't have a reply.
Sorry, Was a few years back when I booked their apartments, so don't have the e-mails in my files any longer, but I don't think it took that long for them to reply. Try sending another one. Karen
